Cancellation by you

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it; in such cases you may need to follow our return process if applicable.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, any amount paid will be refunded to you via the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed for cancelled orders or in case of defective/wrong items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other means as communicated to you.
